I had trouble with my weight, 210 pounds and 5 feet 8 inches is without a doubt overweight. I was desperate to try something as there were a lot of diets and exercise plans on the market, but I was to lazy to give them a try. Going on a slim diet seemed to me like something to complicated and time consuming as I would have had to eat at a certain time without any deviations. That's very difficult as I never knew what I was doing the next day or where I would be. However, it was all about my wrong idea of diets across the board, I thought they were difficulty to maintain and not as useful as they are thought to be. The diet was very simple, and I found it by accident while surfing on the Internet. The name of the diet was something like "Fast diet for lazy or busy people". It sound interesting at that moment. The diet was so simple and easy to follow that even I decided to put it into practice.

It said that I didn't need to have more than 2-3 basic meals a day which are the main part of each menu. Those would be breakfast, lunch and dinner; or breakfast and dinner. Please note that breakfast is a necessary meal, no matter whether you are going to choose to have two or three meals, one of them must be breakfast. These meals could be everything but fries, crisps, or greasy meats. What pleased me was that I could even eat meat, which is impossible for nearly all other diets. However, it said that it would be better if I consumed turkey, lamb or fish instead of pork or beef.

The second main part of the diet said that I always have to eat some healthy light snacks during the day such as apples, bananas, yogurt, berries or even nuts. And that was all! I just had to have 2 main meals a day and some light and healthy snacks, the fast diet for lazy people guaranteed amazing results! And it really happened! Two weeks later, I found that I had lost 10 pounds while following the diet and what's more important is that I didn't even feel like I was on a diet. There was no hunger or depression and all those negative affect of a lot of diets. I lost 10 pounds in 14 days, that is pretty amazing to me.

When I became more interested in the topic, I started looking for more and more fast diets for lazy people.I found a lot of important information which helped me "extend" and enhance my diet. What I learned later was that I have to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. There is also a useful type of fats which helps your brain and heart perform better and does not have any negative effect on your body or weight.

When I finally lost the weight that I needed to lose,I started thinking about build muscles so as to make my body look better and more attractive. Predictably, I looked for "Easy exercise for lazy people" and learned a lot of things about that also. For example, you need to invest no more than 30 minutes so as to build muscles.
